This No. 2 tank was developed as a larger and more practical training tank than the No. 1 tank. The MAN company plan was adopted as a tank with a 2cm cannon and a weight of about 10 tons. Production began in 1935, but improvements on the model were made slowly as production went on. This is the first production type, representing the types from a1 to a3. Includes a 16-page color booklet on this tank with text in German and English.
