The best elements of the original Jetpack are improved upon with the Rage RC Jetpack Commander XL. Despite being almost twice as big as the original, the new XL maintains the 6-axis gyro control technology that offers incredible stability, and the Auto Take-Off and Land and Altitude Hold functions help new pilots learn to fly quickly. The Jetpack Commander XL features three flying rates to accommodate any pilot’s ability level and let you enhance the speed and agility of the vehicle as your abilities advance. Speaking of speed, larger size also equates to more power, so even expert pilots will appreciate this aircraft’s ability to fly.Plus, you can still add 360o flips in any direction to your flying repertoire. Best of all, the Jetpack Commander XL now features a removable flight battery, so by adding extra batteries, you no longer need to wait for the unit to recharge to continue flying!

Since the Jetpack Commander XL is an RTF (Ready-To-Fly) aircraft, it comes fully equipped from the factory with everything you need to enjoy RC flight indoors or outdoors, even in light winds. The Jetpack Commander XL comes with a 2.4GHz 4-channel transmitter, a USB charger for the flight battery, and a decal set to let you design your own special pilot in addition to the more realistic-looking jetpack unit. Three AAA batteries are all that are required for the transmitter before you can start practicing your flying maneuvers around the house or backyard.
