This is a resin kit which contains photo-etched parts and decals.

From the manufacturer:

The British AEC heavy armored vehicles were produced by the Associated Equipment Company Ltd. (AEC) at Southall near London. This company was well-known for the production of London buses. The AEC Mk.II was equipped with a 6-pounder gun and co-axial BESA machine gun. The American 75mm gun was used in the AEC Mk.III, the armament equal to most medium tanks of the period. 629 of them were completed by AEC. They were used as heavy armored vehicle units for anti-tank protection of reconnaissance units.
