The American airborne landings in Normandy were the first United States combat operations of Operation Overlord. 13,100 paratroopers of the US 82nd Airborne and 101st Airborne Divisions made night parachute drops early on D-Day, June 6th, 1944. Contains 48 unpainted pieces, with multiples included of a wide variety of poses. (Only one of a saluting soldier is included.)
