The Sd.Kfz 6 is a five-ton half-track used by the Wehrmacht and Armed Guards in World War II, and the “Diana” was made to counter the British-introduced Crusader and Grant medium tanks in the North African Campaign. Nine of this anti-tank self-propelled gun were made, with the rear part of the body surrounded by 10mm-thick armor and equipped with the F-22 76mm field gun captured from the Soviet Army; they were deployed to the 605th Tank Jager Battalion in the North Africa Campaign in 1942.
