The S-125 Neva/Pechora (Russian: -125 “”) is a Soviet surface-to-air missile system which was designed by Aleksei Mihailovich Isaev in the mid-50s. Its two-stage design is effective against low flying maneuverable targets. The S-125 was first deployed in the early 60s to bolster Moscows defenses.
