This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

Trumpeter’s kit of the WWII German King Tiger with the so-called “Porsche turret” features molded-on tools and tow cables, plus a slide-molded main gun barrel with open muzzle. Tracks are one-piece flexible belts, devoid of detail on the inner side. Decals are provided for three vehicles, with guidance for only one version (other markings on the sheet may not be applicable to the “Porsche turret” version). This kit also features molded-in Zimmerit texture. Compared to other 1/72 kits currently on the market, Trumpeter’s offering features simplified detail and easy assembly, with no photo-etched metal detail parts.
