This kit includes the towing cables equipped on the IS-2 (JS-2) heavy tanks operated by the Soviet Army in the late stages of World War II and the IS-3 (JS-3) Stalin heavy tanks operated after the war. The cable part, which is difficult to reproduce by plastic molding, is made of copper cable bundled with thin wires, so it is soft and easy to process. The towing hook is made of resin that faithfully reproduces the construction of the real thing, so it can be combined with the copper cable to complete a towing cable that makes the 1/48 scale model stand out even more.
