This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

It’s hard to believe that a car which was actually in production as late as 2003 is a “World War II military item” but that’s the case with the incredible Volkswagen Beetle, or in this case, the “Type 82E Staff Car.” While prototypes of the Beetle were seen as early as 1935, of course it wasn’t until 1945 that production for civilian consumption began, but a few Nazi elite got Beetles during the war (about 500 were produced), and this is that kit.

This cute little kit can easily be built in a day, and comes with two types of wheel covers; one for the military use version, and one for civilian use. Driver figure and three types of markings included, too. Perfect for mililtary or air dioramas, or just for parking on the top of your monitor!
