This is a resin detail parts set for use with military vehicle kits.

This set reproduces the cargo of the M18 Hellcat tank destroyer operated by the U.S. Army in World War II. This set is for Tamiya’s kit. The full load on the racks on both sides of the turret, often seen in battlefield photos, is modeled with resin parts and can be simply attached to the kit for a realistic reproduction of the vehicle in action. The cargo is precisely reproduced in 3 parts, including folded canvas, various bags, and jerrycans.
