This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

Americans adopted the design with rotatable open-topped turret for its anti-tank SPG, not like Germans w/o turret. Its tank-like appearence gave a serious problem for its crew because the field commanders wanted to use this thin armored vehicle like as a combat tank. M36 is the strongest US anti-tank SPG with powerful 90mm gun. It could destroy Tiger and Panther from the front. AFV Club has reproduced this tank destroyer with great detail. The open-topped turret has the great deal of interior with its semi-circular basket, also of the combat compartment. Moldings are sharp and fine. The 90mm gun barrel has recoil gimmicks by the coil spring as usual. Lathed aluminum barrel has riflings at the muzzle. Tracks are of the rubber belt type and the suspension is workable. Four sets of decals for the NW European front. No figures are included.
