This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

M1014 is the designation used by the U.S. military for the KAT 1 8×8 vehicle developed in Germany. The U.S. Army/Air Force operated the KAT 1 8×8 as “Category 2 Trucks” and used vehicles with different specifications under the designations M1001, M1002, M1013, and M1014 for various operational purposes. The M1001 was used for transporting the Pershing II missile TEL (Transporter Erector Launcher), the M1013 for towing the GLCM (Ground Launched Cruising Missile), and the M1002 for vehicle recovery operations, among other uses.
