The V8-G81A was a luxury passenger car made by Ford Germany. More than 8,000 of this were produced from 1938 to 1941; many were recruited by the military and widely used in the outbreak of World War II. In Europe, where roads are well developed, it was highly praised for its comfort and mobility. It was, however, not equal to the harsh environment in Russian. It was also used as a police vehicle in Germany; various special versions were developed from the basic model. This kit carefully reproduces the V8-G81A’s characteristic chassis frame and engine; the rear features a design where the cabin and trunk are connected. Decals for five versions are included.
