Description

This is an injection-plastic figure set for use with military dioramas or individual display.

These men were the last hope of the Third Reich. Volkssturm was the infantry unit of boys, old men, and soldiers recovering from battle wounds and diseases, who were needed to supplement the shortage in the regular Army’s fighting strength. The kit consists of four figures in fighting poses, and depicts the various uniforms they actually wore. The Volkssturm unit’s specialized weapon, called the Volksgewehr, is included, as are photo-etched parts for round-lens eyeglasses. This is the nice set for dioramas reproducing the last days of the Reich.
