Description

This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

The ubiquitous French UE armored tractor saw action in great numbers (over 4,900 produced) in all theaters of WWII, and served with several of the combatants in a variety of roles.

Tamiya has pulled this stunning little kit out of left field, providing a very happy surprise for modelers looking for a vehicle subject that’s different than the usual Tigers, Panthers, and Shermans, but is still entirely relevant to WWII armor modeling as a very important and very common vehicle used in the war. This kit features Tamiya’s trademark sharp molding and excellent parts fit, with exceptional detail throughout. Tracks are injection-molded link and length assemblies, with a pair of tweezers included to help modelers handle the tiny links. Includes four nicely sculpted figures (two full figures in standing positions and two “seated” half figures to crew the tractor). Also includes a tracked trailer and some stowage to load into it, plus optional parts to model different variants. Decals are included for three versions. Magnifique!
