This is a resin-cast figure or figure set for use with military dioramas or individual display.
The Korean War broke out in 1950 when North Korea invaded the South; the South Korean Army and the U.S. Forces in Korea were cornered on the verge of annihilation after the surprise attack from the North. The success of the Incheon landing operation and the counterattack of the U.N. forces succeeded in repelling the North Korean Army. There was, however, enormous human damage, and many students volunteered to become soldiers in response to the shortage of Korean troops. Massive numbers of refugees due to the movement of the front line from north to south meant that many of these student soldiers didn’t know if their families lived; this young soldier is seen composing a letter to his parents without knowing if they’re still alive, or if his letter will even reach them. This evocative figure is 3D printed in resin for a high level of detail. Order yours now!
