This is a sheet of decals for marking military vehicle models.

Asu-Deca has come up with an interesting system for applying decals! You just apply these decals as normal waterslide decals, wait a day, and then remove the clear carrier film. The instructions indicate using a rolled, pointy piece of cellophane tape to gently pull the clear film away from the completely dry and cool decals…sounds kind of scary, but those are the instructions! The result is a marking that looks completely painted on, with no clear film around it…and no silvering! This set includes the markings shown here.
