1/35 Hummel Sd.Kfz.165 Early Model

This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

This kit is a ‘renewal’ of one of Dragon’s earliest kits (DRA6004), using the hull parts from the renewed Hornisse/Nashorn kit (DRA6165/6166), with inner combat compartment walls modified for the Hummel model. Gun parts are mostly from the old tooling, but the barrel length has been corrected and some minor molds have been added. New detailed gun sights have been provided. Tracks are provided as individually-molded injection plastic parts. Four gun crew figures in winter uniform, and photo-etched parts for figure detail, are contained as well. Excellent assembly instructions are printed in full-color and use photos of the actual model to show how things go together. Highly recommended.
