1/48 Soviet SU-122

This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

Tamiya’s old 1/35 scale SU-122 (TAM35093) released 1974 has always been very popular, but Tamiya did not choose to simply downsize that good ol’ model to 1/48 scale. Details of this new tank destroyer kit are completely revised with the up-to-date information found by the recent research. The kit features very fine moldings, as usual (thank you, Mr.T!). Chassis is made of die-cast metal, and pre-primed. Tracks are provided as link-and-length injection molded parts with built-in sag. The decal contains two complete sets of numbers from 0 to 9, in red and in white. An excellent addition to your 1/48 scale tank museum!
