This is a resin-cast military vehicle model kit.

German paper plan land cruiser RATE from Triumph Models, will be simultaneously released as a “prototype” and a “mass production model” (this product), each with different armaments.

Both come with brass main gun barrels.

If the overall length of the RATE is 39m, the 1/700 scale model will be about 56mm in length when completed.

According to the original plan, the RATE was to be armed with a series of 28cm main guns. Equipped with 1 x 12.8cm cannon and machine gun as secondary guns. 1,000-ton class vehicle with 180mm to 350mm of upper body armor on the top of the vehicle, to make it a true land cruiser.

However, the project was canceled in 1944.
