The BTR-4E is a combat vehicle base on the Soviet-era BTR-80 amphibious wheeled armored personnel carrier made in Ukraine. The main feature is that its German-made Diesel engine is located in the center, and the side troop doors are abolished. Its main armament was a 30mm cannon and an AT-5 spandrel anti-tank missile. Its maximum speed at ground level was 110km/h, and its cruising range was 690km. Versions of this vehicle with slat armor also exist. The GROM unit is a general-purpose combat module with remote-control capabilities for light armored fighting vehicles. The weapon is stabilized on two axes by the SVU-1000 stabilizer.
