This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

There’s a lot of parts packed into this little 1/72 scale kit box of an E-100 designed to launch V-1 rockets. Of course, this configuration never existed, except in the heads of some German engineers, but it’s a fascinating concept that has modern counterparts that are almost entirely the same concept. Includes photo-etched detail parts, and belt-type tracks.
