This simple game can be played on many levels. It allows children to verbalise how activities or things make them feel. As well as comparing how their feelings differ from those of their friends. I felt happy at the fair because I love going on the rides for one child could easily be I feel scared at the fair because I dont like rides for another. Understanding that no emotions are bad, and that we all feel different things at different times helps children to understand emotions and build resilience and coping mechanisms.
