This unpainted resin figure of an Austro-Hungarian Uhlan trooper from World War I comes with two interchangeable heads with different headgear; the base shown is not included. This modern spear cavalry was created in Poland in the 18th century, taking its name from the Tatar word for “brave warrior.” They were later divided between Austria, Russia and Prussian, serving as light cavalry in each country’s army.
